Kuningan Terkini - Satnarkoba Polres Kuningan berhasil membekuk pelaku penjualan obat-obatan golongan G, YA. Warga Dusun Wage Rt 25 Rw 10 Desa Lengkong Kec. Garawangi Kuningan ditangkap disebuah pemakaman rambut Eang Syeh Maulani, sekira pukul 15.30 WIB, Selasa (15/11/2016).
Dalam pemeriksaan, YA mengaku menjual obat-obatan jenis Tramadol, Trihexyphenidyl dan Tryhex tersebut karena ingin menafkahi pamannya yang kini sudah jompo. Ia menjualnya kepada orang luar dengan harga 20 ribu perbungkus dengan isi 10 butir tablet. Ia juga mengaku membeli obat tersebut didapat dari R pelaku bandar besar di Jalaksana yang kini menjadi DPO.
“Saya terpaksa menjual obat ini, karena nganggur dan buat menafkahi paman yang jompo dan karena tidak bisa melihat. Dulu saya jualan es kelapa muda dan kupat tahu di Ancaran. Saya menjual 20 rebu 10 butir satu bungkus kepada orang luar,” katanya.
Sementara, Kasat Narkoba Polres Kuningan, AKP Dedih Dipraja mengatakan, barang bukti yang diamankan dari pelaku di rumahnya, diantaranya180 butir obat jenis Tramadol, 582 butir Tramadol tablet, 1000 butir obat tramadol tablet, 206 butir obat Hexymer, 1000 butir obat Hexymer tablet,125 butir obat jenis Trihexyphenidyl tablet dan uang hasil penjualan sebesar Rp. 360.000.
“Pelaku diduga telah melakukan tindak pidana sesuai Pasal 197 jo 196 UU Nomor 36 Tahun 2009 tentang Kesehatan dengan ancaman pidana 10-15 tahun penjara,” sebut Kasat Narkoba. Ia menegaskan, untuk pelaku bandar besarnya, yakni R, pihaknya akan terus melakukan pencarian. “Ya pokoknya R ini harus bisa tertangkap,” tegasnya. (l.hakim)
